Return and Refund Policy

 

At Vertical London Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

-Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

-How to Initiate a Return

Item(s) you’d like to return

Reason for return

We will provide return instructions upon approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

-Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

-Damaged or Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

-Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
